Bar Manager for more than 5 years in one of the best known and most respected cocktail bars in the British city.

Born and raised between Tuscany and Liguria, after 15 years of experience in important bars, he left Italy for the City of World Drinks, London.

With the important help of his staff, he takes Cahoots to great awards in 5 years. In November 2019 Cahoots extends to 3 different environments with 4 bars, Michele managed a team of 25 Bartenders. Hospitality, attention to detail and a lot of passion this is the key to a great success!
